I have been an attorney, concentrating in real estate, for over thirty-five years.  I have been involved in both residential and commercial transactions and every conceivable aspect of the real estate business.  I can’t say “I’ve seen it all”, because as soon as I do, something new will come along, but that’s what makes it fun.  In the course of my practice, I have seen too many things that should be done better, so I decided to do something about it.  I formed Oxford Realty. I want to make real estate transactions work better for everyone involved.  I want my agents to care about their clients’ well being.  I want them to be responsive to their needs and I want them to listen.  I want them to deal fairly with other Realtors.  I want them to work closely with the attorneys involved and with the lenders.  Oxford Realty is not designed simply to sell.  It is designed to help people achieve their goals.  Everyone at Oxford shares these ideals.
